認知症あんしんプロジェクトとは？
明石市では、2020年10月から、認知症の人やその家族が住み慣れた地域で安心して暮らし続けることができるよう、包括的・継続的支援を展開していくため、「本人の尊厳確保」「家族負担の軽減」「地域の理解促進」の３つを柱とした「認知症あんしんプロジェクト」を開始し、みんなで安心、みんなで支える、みんなで寄り添うまちづくりを推進しています。
